Shipping policy

Delivery methods — Shipments are delivered by specialist couriers Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00, with a phone pre-notification service. If the recipient is absent, the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery.

Carriers and delivery times — DHL (5–10 days), Eurosender (5–20 days), Magic Movers (14–30 days).

Packaging — We take great care with packaging. For more delicate products, protective bubble wrap and corner guards are always used. Packaging costs are included in the shipping costs.

Your responsibilities — Please provide a correct delivery address in your order where someone is available to receive the courier, specifying a preferred time slot and a contact phone number.

Inspection upon delivery — Please verify that the number of packages indicated on the carrier's document matches what was delivered, and that the package is intact and undamaged.

Right of withdrawal — If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods. You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The customer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
