Terms of service

Payment methods — Credit card, PayPal, Bank transfer, Amazon Pay, Cash on delivery (valid for the provinces of Salerno and Potenza), Other. Payment is completely secure thanks to the SSL-certified data encryption protocol. Dario Raia never has access to sensitive data from the chosen payment systems.

Shipping — Domestic, European Community and international shipments are entrusted to one of the following carriers. All packages are trackable. Upon prior agreement, transport insurance can be requested. Cash on delivery is available for orders under €1,000.00.

Order processing times — Products are prepared and shipped within 2–5 business days of payment receipt. Delivery times: Italy 4–7 days (DHL), Western Europe 5–14 days (DHL/Eurosender), Eastern and Northern Europe 6–14 days, International shipments with Magic Movers 15–20 days.

Delivery methods — Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00, with phone pre-notification service.

Packaging — Very careful packaging, with protective bubble wrap and corner guards for delicate products. Packaging costs are included in the shipping costs.

Your responsibilities — Provide a correct delivery address with a preferred time slot and phone contact.

Inspection upon delivery — Verify the number of packages and that the package is intact and undamaged.

Right of withdrawal — Reimbursement of all payments received, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the communication of withdrawal. Reimbursement is made using the same means of payment. The customer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
