Longines, a brand always associated with the world of sport, offers its expertise to the realm of diving. It all began in 1937, a time when water-resistance became a criterion of quality. Longines developed a case with water-resistant pushers for its legendary 13ZN calibre and made sure to patent its creation. Subsequently, the brand with the winged hourglass made numerous developments that led it, in 1958, to create its first civilian diver's watch, followed in the 1960s by several other models of the same type.
